Sketch Artist

As spring marches on, the hues of nature grow brighter and more vibrant. This week, Sketch Artist seems to be paying tribute to the colorful season with a bouquet of gloriously rich artwork for your enjoyment.

First we have the debut of Pamela Ramali, with a graceful pastel CG of Chrono Trigger's Janus and Magus, in "When The Black Wind Howls." Next, Amber Michelle offers a rather grand departure from her previous works with "Reaching Out," her first fan art to be colored in Photoshop. Though the medium is radically different, the same gentle touches seen in her colored pencil portraits are still evident. Ryuuzaki shows incredible attention to detail in a Photoshop-enhanced watercolor and ink portrayal of "Selan," from Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals. Last but certainly not least, NextMan brings us another masterpiece of detail with "Ganon," proving that persistance and patience really pay off.

One last note to those who have previously submitted artwork: If your email address or your homepage URL has changed, feel free to drop me a line if you like, so your contact info in the archives can be up to date. That's all for now, so enjoy the spring color!
