After Jen M and Lorelai cropped up after one and two month long absences respectively in Tuesday's update, Tania Giroux returns from a month long absence of her own with "Pondering in Semi-Technicolor," a depiction Squall in one of his more humble, contemplative moments. The piece is more interpretive and conceptual than sharp and eye-popping, as it is not as detailed as some of Tania's previous efforts but still effectively communicates the emotional disposition of Squall.
Please welcome new sketch artist Aki to the fold! Aki demonstrates her artistic prowess with "Sigurd," a well drawn and colored picture of the one-eyed Xenogears supporting character. His easy stance and soft facial expression create a laid back, inviting aura about the piece.
Rounding things out, Jen M sends in "Tifa," a pencil sketch whose partially incomplete nature is intended to reflect Tifa's incomplete character; Kei's "Mamkoot Princess" is another highly polished anime portrait from Fire Emblem; "Freedan" is the result of Petra Rödig's experimentation with a new artistic medium (namely, graphical programs); and Amber Michelle sends in another good looking Xenogears creation with "Elehayym."
