I have good news and bad news. Since it's tradition, I'll give you the bad first.
Just today, I recovered from a little computer tiff that knocked me out for this whole past week. It just so happened that it crashed on a Sunday morning, so I couldn't manage to bring you the latest in luscious fan renderings on the 6th of December, as you probably noticed.
Now for the good: Starting this week, Sketch Artist goes bi-weekly! That's right, you can now get your favorite ocular fix every Sunday and Thursday. If you feel strongly enough about it, I'll change it from Thursday to Wednesday, but Thursday is what I'm leaning toward.
On to the artwork! We open up today's gallery with an interesting before-and-after look at Kaitlin Kubilius' representation of Valvalis. For as good as the original is, the follow up verges upon the realm of jaw-dropping. Also welcome brand new Sketch Artists Jen M and Wulfmune to the fold. The scene of a youthful Setzer scarring his face in a melancholy trance portrayed by Jen in "Motives Unknown" is rather chilling and unsettling. Wulfmune just recently put the finishing touches on a new site, Jiro-Chan *Start Here*, that certainly merits a look, as does her stunning, professionally-done rendition of Stahn.
