Sigurd. Bart's half-brother, Sigurd is the illegimate son of the late King Edbart. He was abducted by Solaris and brainwashed, but his desire to return to Aveh and help "the young master" eventually enabled to return to break free and escape Solaris. While in Elements, he was an ally of Citan's and Jessiah's.

Maison. Bart's butler and protector, Old Maison runs the item shop on the Yggdrasil. He never openly argues with Bart, but is obviously exasperated by Bart's headstrong behavior.

Marguerite (Margie). Bart's cousin, and the current Grand Mother of Nisan. She escaped Bledavik with Bart, Sigurd, and Maison, and went to Nisan. There, she was raised by Sister Agnes, and became the Grand Mother at a young age. When she learns that some of the sisters of Nisan in Bledavik might still be alive, she sneaks into Bledavik and is captured by Shakhan, forcing to Bart to rescue her. She wants to help Bart and Sigurd, but usually ends up getting in their way.

The Captain. Apparently nameless (although the name of the Thames music is "Tamusu, Man of the Sea", so maybe his name is Tamusu...) walrus captain of the Thames. His main distinguishing trait, aside from his penchant for beer, is his famous "Men of the Sea" speech, in which he turn and points his gun three times, while saying "I am! A man! Of the sea!" (or whatever other phrase fits the situation). Mysteriously escapes the destruction of the Thames and shows up in the Snowfield Hideout to tutor Lance.

Hammer. Yeah, Hammer!!! A demi-human camel, Hammer makes his living working as a item vendor / information man / Gear mechanic in the D Block of Nortune. When Fei shows up, he senses an opportunity both to free himself (by being Fei's mechanic in Battling) and to sell Fei lots of stuff, so he promptly latches onto Fei and follows him around, giving sales pitches and calling Fei "bro". He is obviously shallow and weak-willed, which Krelian later uses to exploit him into doing his bidding. Possesses MAD SKILLZ.
Gear: Hammer - mutant version

Primera Black. Billy's little sister. After witnessing the death of her mother at the hands of Stone's Wels, she lost her ability to speak and communicated only through writing. After Billy and Jessie defeat Stone, she manages to say "Pa... pa...", and then never speaks another word for the rest of the game ^_^.

Jessiah Black. Billy's estranged father. While a member of Elements, he met his future wife Racquel and acquired the wrath of Stein (Stone), a rival for Racquel's affections. When he married Racquel and moved to the surface, Stein sent his Wels to kill Racquel. Jessie vowed to seek revenge on Stein and left home, on a quest to overthrow the Ethos. Eventually, he and Billy team up to defeat Stone, and resolve their differences.
Gear: Buntline

Queen Zephyr. Queen of Shevat; over 500 years old. She fought alongside Roni, Lacan, Sophia, and Krelian in the war 500 years ago, but eventually ended up selling out to Solaris to guarantee the safety of Shevat, and in doing so inadvertently creates Grahf. Feeling guilty for what she did, she tries to seal up Fei and erase the problem she caused.

Roni & Rene Fatima. Bart's ancestors, named after Edgar Roni Figaro and Sabin Rene Figaro of FF6 (actually, all of Aveh is a clone of Figaro, if you hadn't noticed ^_^). The leaders of the rebels during the Great War 500 years ago and, later, the founders of the Fatima dynasty.
Gear: Andvari

Wong Khan. Fei's father; an agent of Shevat. He apparently moved to the surface with his wife Karen, where Fei was born. Khan remained ignorant of the fact that Miang had taken over Karen's body, and did nothing to prevent her death and Fei's transformation into Id. Consumed with guilty, Khan disguised himself with a fish mask and a blue robe, becoming Wiseman, and chased after Grahf. He managed to seal Fei's Id personality, but his body was taken over by Grahf. When Grahf's hold on him loosens, he aids Fei as Wiseman, only to later oppose him as Grahf.

Sophia. Elly's fourth incarnation and the founder of the Nisan religion. Her real name is actually Elly, but somehow she is called Sophia. When Nisan was attacked by Solaris, she sacrificed herself to allow the rebels to escape.
Gear: Regrs

Medena & Erich Van Houten. Elly's parents -- or at least Erich is; Elly's mother was actually a Lamb servant. Medena still treats Elly like her child, however. Although they are not supportive of Elly's betrayal of the Solaris military, they eventually recognize Elly's will to follow her own path in life -- and die soon after (gosh, who could have seen THAT coming?).
Erich's Gear: Name unknown
