ITEMS TO GET: Hot Spring Water, Goron Lullaby
Pull back Darmani's grave as Goron Link to gain access to the Hot Spring Water. You can save yourself quite a bit of headache by filling a bottle and immediately melting the ice block above the hole in the area between the log cabin and Goron Village. Be quick, as the water will cool after a minute or so in the bottle. Inside the hole is another hot spring, one which doesn't require climbing the entire cliff face for. If you haven't already, visit Goron Village and talk to the crying child about his missing father. Go back to the area which includes the hot spring hole and punch snow boulders until you find the frozen Goron, trying boulders in other areas if he isn't located here -- look for a snow boulder you can z-target. When you do find him, take a bottle of water from the hot spring and melt the ice.
Marvel at the size of his lips, then speak to him as Goron Link to convince him to aid your efforts. He'll pull out a small drum and play the first measure of the Goron Lullaby. Go back into Goron Village and play this for the crying Goron - when he hears it, he'll recognize the song and help you finish it off. He'll finally fall asleep, leaving a cave full of extremely happy Gorons and a song for you to use in opening the next dungeon.
Go back to the log cabin area, then proceed northwest towrds Snowhead. Before you can get there, you must change into Goron Link and roll across the ramps and through the falling snow boulders. Start rolling as you enter the area, easing the control stick forward until you're at full speed and bearing spikes. Aim carefully for the ramps, glancing at your map to navigate the shimmy midway through and smashing through the snow boulders for magic refills.
Once at Snowhead, use the Lens of Truth to reveal a giant Goron who apparently didn't have anything better to do than ruin the lives of the rest of his species. Play the Goron Lullaby to lure him to sleep and send him plummeting to the canyon floor. Roll your way down the narrow pathway, taking care to avoid wooden poles and rolling snowballs. Continue around to the right, changing direction and continuing up the spiraling ramp and into Snowhead dungeon.
