These new screenshots, in addition to showing familiar characters from the E3 2001 video, reveal a few new elements of the game: the oil rig where Snake finds himself at one point is shown, as well as a couple of shots of Emma, the mysterious girl. Most shockingly, what appears to be Big Boss also appears in aquatic battle gear, which was first seen in silhouette form several months ago.
