Shin Megami Tensei II, Shin Megami Tensei Devil Children dates
[01.30.02] » MegaTen fans outside Japan will have two more
reasons to be MegaBitter this March.
Japan will be receiving a double dose of Atlus'
long-running Shin Megami Tensei series this March. First up, on March
7, is the long delayed second installment in the company's series
of remakes for PlayStation, Shin Megami Tensei II. The game is an
enhanced port of the Super Famicom original with new 3D graphics and
a few other minor changes.
The end of the month will see the release of the
PlayStation port of the Pokémon-inspired Game Boy spin-off,
Devil Children. Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children: Black Book / Red
Book will include both versions of the Game Boy Color game, new monsters,
and anime sequences from the Devil Children cartoon. The game is set
for a March 28 release.
If either of these games ever arrives in the U.S.,
the GIA will eat Nich Maragos' hat.
