Shenmue III in development

   Sega-AM2 has announced that, much to no one's surprise, Shenmue III is in development. Continuing the story started in Shenmue and Shenmue II, Shenmue III continues to chronicle the life, times, and forklift driving of Ryo Hazuki in his search for his father's killer. No firm details on the game have emerged, and Sega has kept mum on which system the title would appear on, a wise decision given the company's recent Shenmue II news.

   No release date was given for Shenmue III. Shenmue II is due for release on the Dreamcast in Europe later this month.
