E3: Space Channel 5 sequel still on track for Dreamcast

[05.18.01] » Ulala to strut her stuff for both Sega and Sony's systems.

Following today's E3 press event today, IGNDC learned that Sega has not axed plans to bring a Space Channel 5 sequel to the Dreamcast. Though the game was not shown, or even mentioned, during official E3 events, Tetsuya Mizuguchi of Sega's United Game Artists spoke with IGNDC following the press event and confirmed that the sequel was still in the works, and would be published on both the Playstation 2 and the Dreamcast. No release date was mentioned, but fans of Ulala's first outing can at least take solace that their favorite space reporter has not gone the way of Samba.
