TGS: New Panzer Dragoon to be shooter, not RPG

    As part of the 11-title development agreement recently announced between Sega and Microsoft, a new title in the Panzer Dragoon series was confirmed. But despite initial confusion, the Xbox installment has been officially labeled by Sega and developer Smilebit as "3D fantasy shooting," following in the footsteps of the first two games in the series.

    It looks as if fans hoping for an RPG sequel to the highly regarded Panzer Dragoon Saga will have to be satisfied with a general series return.
