ITEMS TO GET: Aquasol

   When Fei comes to, he finds himself being kicked out of the village by the survivors. You end up on the world map, next to a toasted Lahan. Head south to the Blackmoon Forest, but watch out for the Hoppers along the way -- they're pretty tough. If you run into one, use your Raijin Deathblow (Triangle, X) to take it out -- assuming you've learned it, that is.

   Once inside the forest, you won't find any more Hoppers; instead you'll fight more Jackals and Hobgobs, plus the new Armor Grub. The Armor Grubs will only take 1 damage from any physical attack, so go to the Chi option and use Guided Shot on them; it kills them in one hit. As for the other enemies, keep using a lot of Triangle attacks on them to build towards your second Deathblow, Senretsu (Triangle, Triangle, X).

Blackmoon Forest Map

   Go south and take the east route around the rocks blocking your path. Hop on the small rock on the ground, then use it to jump up the circle of rocks until you're on top of the mound. Jump onto the log and walk west until you see another log below. You have to jump down onto that one, which can actually be kinda tricky. The easiest way is to rotate the camera until the log is pointed straight up and down on the screen, and then you can just walk down onto it. Head southwest along the log and grab the bag at the end for Aquasol, then drop down onto the forest floor.

   Head to the southwest corner of the area and you'll see a tree with large roots. Hop up between the roots (just follow the Hobgob) to the cliff. Just avoid the Hobgob (you wouldn't want to kill him after he showed you the way up, would you? ^_^) and head north, saving if you want, to the next log. Kill the Hobgob and the boulder will start to roll towards Fei. You're supposed to run from it down the log, but the easiest way is to just jump back onto the cliff you came from and the boulder will roll by harmlessly. After it's passed, jump back onto the log and head west. The camera will become locked, and a few steps later you'll see another anime scene, in which Elly appears and threatens Fei with her mighty powers of bad dubbing ^_^.

   Just as Fei is about to get Elly to shoot him, two Forest Elves drop down and attack. Just take them out with Raijin; one hit each should do the trick. Afterwards, Elly joins, and you make camp.
