Unfortunately, Citan's Gear lacks many of his positive
traits, such as his overpowering speed and strong
defense. There's nothing really bad about it, but
it doesn't hit that hard and simply isn't as good as
some of the other Gears. Once you get his Omnigear
and the ability to use swords, his attack improves,
moving it up to a solid 4th place behind Weltall,
Siebzehn, and Stier.
