Citan's so powerful it's not even funny. Despite
his goofy animation, he easily beats any other character
on foot. His HP is by far the highest of any
character's, and he's so fast that he gets two turns
for every one turn the other characters get. Heck,
he even seems to learn Deathblows faster than normal.
His Ethers are extremely handy early in the game, before
you get Billy, but most of them are duplicated once Mr.
Black joins. Citan's so powerful he actually makes the
game less fun to play (you feel guilty for trashing the
enemies so badly); try not using him to make it more
of a challenge ^_^.
