Well, it's a good thing Fei is the main character, or
otherwise nobody would use him. He doesn't excel in
any particular area -- aside from his above-average
HP level, most of stats are fairly generic. The only
Ethers of his that are worth using are InnerHealing
and Iron Valor (the latter is good against bosses),
and his attack spells are a joke. Near the very end
of the game, he starts to gain in power as he picks
up stronger Deathblows that other characters can't
use (Kokei and Yamikei) -- but by that time, you don't
fight on foot any more anyway. Since you're stuck with
him, try to boost his stats with accessories and
Drives.
