Aside from the fact that he's pretty fast, and his
HP is rather low, there isn't much to be said about
Bart. He's just a pretty generic fighter character
without any particularly special traits. His Ethers
are crummy (only Red Cologne will ever see any use),
though he does have a set of elemental Deathblows.
He does gets the award for having the best-looking
Deathblows (especially Angel and the Dig-Dug one where
he inflates the enemy with his whip), and he has
a lot of funny lines.
