Prerequisites: Mine Your Own Business

   Catch Watts in his shop by waiting in one place until he "appears" there, then quickly talking to him. He'll tell you that he's dropped his hammer and asks you to find it for him. The hammer is located in the Diggers' Hideout; to get there easily, ring the Dudbear Express bell in the first room of the mines and a Dudbear will take you down there. (If you've never been to the Diggers' Hideout before, you'll also receive the "Save Putty!" quest en route.) Grab the hammer sitting against the back wall.

   To get back to the entrance, head southwest two screens. The doors will shut behind you and a Springball will appear in the center of the room. Defeat the Springball and the doors open again. Go west and up the stairs. You're now on the second floor; from here, just go up the stairs and head along the straightforward path until you get back to Watts' shop. Give him the hammer and the quest ends.
