ITEMS TO GET: Platinum Card, Healing Leaf, Healing Bloom, Swift Water, Phoenix, Fighting Robe, Healing Shroom (x10)

   Now that the Mist is gone from the region, Drake Castle is back to normal. First, go talk to the King and (after some dialogue) he'll hand over the Water Key, which enables you to seal off the watergate (bet Nixon wished he had one of those). Now go into the door to the left of the throne (where the king was locked up earlier) and search the black crack in the wall in the upper-left corner. You'll find the Platinum Card, which allows you to buy additional secret items at some shops.

   Explore the castle again, and you'll find some new items in the areas that were previously sealed off by cages. In the dining room, you'll also find a bookshelf (on the left-hand side) with a book of martial arts techniques. Have Vahn and Noa both read it and you'll pick up some new Arts (you may have already learned them, though).

   Outside the actual castle, some stores have been set up. Noa will immediately run off; first, go talk at the weapon store. When asked to explain what money is, say you don't know, and you'll get a free Fighting Robe for Noa. Noa will then move to the item shop. Talk to her there and she'll ask you three trivia questions. The first answer is "Healing Berry", the second answer "Escape from the dungeon", and the third answer is "Wats". Assuming you get them all right, Noa will give you 10 Healing Shrooms (she'll give you 5 if you got two right, but if you miss them all, she'll give you Wisdom Water... presumably to make Vahn smarter). After the trivia game, talk to Noa one more time in front of the inn and she'll rejoin.

   Stop by the weapon shop and pick up some new equipment. You certainly won't be able to afford everything, but at least pick up a Nail Glove for Noa. Do not under any circumstances waste your money at the inn; you can stay inside the castle (in the same room where you did before) for free, as one of the inn proprietors even tells you.

   Once your shopping is completed, leave Drake Kingdom and approach the watergate just beside it. Examine the gold panel on the wall and use the Water Key to close the gate, thus damming up the river. Pick up the Wind Book I from the chest and use it to teach Noa the Frost Breath Hyper Arts. Then exit east back onto the world map.

   Your next actual goal is Biron Monastery, but first take a detour north into the Mist-covered valley. You won't be able to enter (the Mist is too thick), but you can grab the Phoenix in the chest. Then continue east to the next river, and head north from there to reach Biron Monastery.
