ITEMS TO GET: Organics, Mithril Vest, Mithril Bracelet, Peridot

   In a cut scene back in Alexandria, Brahne recruits new lackeys: Lonnie (or Ronnie -- there doesn't seem to be an official Romanization of her name) and Salamander. Garnet then wakes up at Pinnacle Rocks (the point near Lindbulm). VIVI and Zidane enter, then Ramuh materializes and talks to the party.

Hi, I'm Ramuh. I don't exist.

   With Garnet leading the party, you now have to locate the four Ramuh-like spirits floating around the rocks. The first is located behind you, at the chasm you just left. The second is easy to find as well; it's on the path to the left of the starting your point. To find the latter ones, descend the path into the water. Collect the Mithril Vest from the chest and equip it on Garnet, then go left one screen. As you approach the chest on the left, you'll find yet another floating spirit. Collect the Organics from the chest and equip it on Zidane (he'll receive a new action ability), then climb up to the third screen.

   Continue up to the top level and walk across to the bridge to the right. Walk out onto the right side of the cliff and look for the question mark. Choose the top option to hop down to a chest with a Mithril Bracelet, then jump down again. You'll find the final spirit. Head south and you'll be back at the chest that held the Organics; from there, climb up to the bridge again. This time, instead of jumping, descend towards the cave. Ramuh will show up again to quiz you on the messages you received.

   To put the messages in the correct order, choose the second option, then the third option (originally the fourth), then the third again (originally the fifth), and finally the second (originally the third). If you did it right, you'll see a menu with three choices; select the first on to continue on. (If you didn't choose them in the correct order, just hit the top option and do it right the next time, stupid.) Ramuh gives Garnet the Peridot, which can teach her the first usable call spell: Ramuh, of course. It does come with a rather hefty MP cost, however.

   Proceed forward through the cave Ramuh was guarding. You'll end up on a cliff overlooking Lindbulm Castle. Choose the first option to jump down.
