Whew - after an unscheduled weeklong hiatus from email, I feel much better. Sorry about the lack of an update last Friday, but I think that was just what I needed. (Well, that and some time with Laguna. ;) Thank goodness for RPGs!) Now that that's done with, I'll be sorting out my email and getting back to a few people I needed a little more info from, but until then, here's what I can post...

   In the first gallery, there's actually a lot of variety today, and it starts off with CHILD's rendition of Kid, from Chrono Cross. FF dominates as usual, but two pieces by Shinryuu, "Portrait of a Prince" and "Dear Friends", are from games we rarely see fan art of around here - FF3j and FF5! Kaitlin Kubilius gives us "A Portrait of Terra" in pencil, while Ammo contributes a lovely picture of Cloud Strife in "...Mako Eyes...". And on the rather weird side, Uncreativity's "Macho Man" is also a pic of Cloud, but like you've (probably) never seen him before!

   And in the second gallery, it's only fitting this week that the majority is FF8 artwork... Still, variety is the key here, from an adorable CG pic by Maggie, "Together Forever, a Promise", to an absolutely gorgeous Rinoa picture from Edison Yan. Two characters who have gotten very little time in the fan art spotlight thus far make an appearance too - Jen M gives us a wonderful pencil portrait of Irvine Kinneas, and Tania Giroux's moody "In the Night" focuses on Quistis. "Artena Dreamin'" is an incredibly sweet Seiken Densetsu 3 pic by Nadia, and rounding off the update today is "Wild Wild West", a simply awesome Wild Arms 2 piece from Katsura.

   And having finished with this, I'm getting the urge to do some serious FF8 drawings, so till Friday...
