Oy, what a week. Well, as you can see, the new community section is up now, and that means after this update is finished, I can finally relax for awhile! What a relief... Of course, since the community section is primarily for fan works and reader contributions, we've been thinking about moving the Sketch Artist section over there as well. Good idea? Bad idea? If you've got an opinion, let me know.
Artwork today... Only a few new artists this time. Dee's "Wilder Than the Oceans" portrays FFV's Syldra in pencil, while Whitehawk also contributes a pencil portrait of "Squall Leonhart", and Michael Salbato's "Lost Sister" is a colorful CG of Schala. Returning artist and GIA alumnus Tamzen Marie Baker has also chosen Chrono Trigger's mysterious princess as one of her subjects in "Beautiful Dreamers", though Schala seems to have acquired an... unusual friend. Also on the crossover side, Otaku has drawn two very similar-looking men from different worlds, in "Seifer and Rufus". Petra Rödig has gathered the feline characters from the Breath of Fire series for a family portrait in "Meet the Family", and also shows off a frightening family resemblance in "Jenova's Inheritance". And finally we welcome back Vera Laluz, who has three beautiful Star Ocean 2 paintings in today's update.
Forgive the rather brief descriptions of the artwork today, but these pics speak for themselves anyway. And now, I shall collapse.
