The picture is just Citan as you can see. He's a character I enjoyed in Xenogears, finally somebody who is not just the dumb one, but has some thoughtful insight. (Anybody agree that Fei and Cloud can be related?) I'm working on drawing the male figure right now, and video game characters make perfect subjects! Citan is the first I attempted to draw from the game.
