Artist's Commentary
A brought my Sega Saturn out of the basement yesterday. I forgot how much I loved the Panzer Series... And seeing as how many believe PDS to be better than FF7, yet it hardly has any fanart...shame... so here ya go!
I also decided to put it in a new style. It's much more sketchy and sloppy compared to my other work, but it took less time! Mwa ha ha. I believe the background took the longest time, and even then it wasn't too horribly long. It meshes with the over-all style of Panzer Dragoon though, so I was happy.
