Yipes. I don't know if it was the full moon or what. Maybe just the fact we put up a preview of Vib Ribbon. But man, I've not received so much incredibly odd artwork for a long, long time. Not that all the pieces today are odd, but this past week has exposed me to a higher percentage than usual. And I'll be happy to share the psychosis with you.
Anyway, there are sixteen pieces in today's first two galleries, including some rather rare Dragon Quest VII, SaGa Frontier 2, and Resident Evil fan art, a gorgeous portrait of Xenogears' Billy Lee Black, several awesome (and often quirky) FF 6-8 pieces, and our first FFIX fan art. You know, if the Black Mage art keeps up at this pace, he may just replace Squall and Sephiroth for the rank of "character most often drawn" - not that I'm complaining, cause I love that little guy. The third gallery is set aside for the oddest of the submissions received in the last week. With a grand total of four pieces, I think it's safe to say that the GIA now houses the largest collection of Vib Ribbon fan art. At least in the western world. Be sure to check out the incredibly weird FFVII and Pokémon offerings as well...
Keeping it short, cause my hands hurt.
