One of the packaged extras included with the final Lunar: Silver Star Story is a 30 minute long "Making Of" CD which details the development and story behind Lunar, both at Game Arts and Working Designs. Both companies talk extensively about the production process, and many of the voice actors from the American Lunar also express their (often amusing) views on the project. Just like many of Working Designs' games, the video also has a short "outtake" collection at the end of the video. Overall, Lunar fans are sure to be pleased.

   We must also make the critical observation that Isao Mizoguchi, Lunar's arranger and lyricist (twelfth picture) seems to be the Japanese counterpart of the GIA's own Andrew Kaufmann. The dyed blonde hair, the neon-colored clothing, the affinity for all things musical, and the flamboyant personality seem to be much more than a coincidence...
