Lammy concert web broadcast

[08.25.99] » Don't live in New York City? Fret not: Sony will be webcasting the live Um Jammer Lammy concert at 8:15 PM EST Thursday.

   The appeal of a live Um Jammer Lammy concert is undeniable, and thankfully, Sony isn't letting only a privileged few attend. As announced two days ago, a live concert with Lammy creator Masaya Matsuura and the voice actors and musicians behind Milkcan will be held at New York's Roxy club on Thursday, from 7 to 11 PM, where the group will perform tunes from both Um Jammer Lammy and Parappa the Rapper. Lammy's publisher has also now announced that fans can log into a live web broadcast of the show to watch the concert as it happens. The broadcast begins promptly at 8:15 PM at the address:

   Either RealPlayer or Windows Media Player (for high-bandwidth connections) are required for viewing. New York City denizens, of course, can find the Roxy at 515 West 18th Street. The GIA will be in attendance -- expect impressions and photos available sometime afterwards.
