Electronics Boutique offers FF VIII maps

   Few major releases ship without some kind of special promotion, and Final Fantasy VIII certainly won't be left out in the cold. Reserving the four-disc RPG at Electronics Boutique with at least a $10 deposit will net you a 24 inch by 24 inch map of the game world. No specific launch date has been given to the promotion, but it should begin shortly.

   Unlike Final Fantasy VII's T-shirt offer or the previously-announced car contest, the promotion isn't being run by Square; instead, it's created by Electronics Boutique, which means you'll only be able to obtain the maps at Electronics Boutique stores.
