Zelda Gaiden, Pokémon Gold and Silver at Space World
[07.28.99] » Several Nintendo sequels scheduled to be unveiled
in August, including a new Game Boy Zelda.
Plenty of new titles are scheduled to appear in public
at the first time at Nintendo's annual Space World show in Japan, running
from August 27th to 29th this year. Headlining the event are Legend of Zelda
Gaiden (the next Nintendo 64 Zelda), and the long-awaited Pokémon
Gold and Silver editions for Game Boy Color.
Also appearing at the show will be another new Zelda
game -- for the Game Boy Color. This other Zelda title is being developed
by Nintendo in conjunction with Flagship, the Yoshiki Okamoto-headed
company that created the storylines for Dino Crisis and the Resident Evil
series.
Other titles to watch for include Super Mario RPG sequel
Super Mario Adventure and Mario Party 2. All told, 40 Nintendo 64 and 30 Game
Boy Color games are scheduled to be on display at the event.
