Production IG signed for Wild Arms 2 anime

   Perhaps one of Wild Arms' most well-known features is the anime intro that kicks off the adventure, and developer Contrail has recognized it. The two discs of Wild Arms 2nd Ignition, Wild Arms' sequel, will each feature their own intro, both of which will be produced by renowned anime house Production IG. It's also likely that more anime FMV will be used in the game itself.

   Production IG is no stranger to gaming; in addition to working on a number of Japan-only "interactive anime" games, the studio crafted the anime scenes in Ghost in the Shell (as well as the movie of the same name) and Tales of Destiny.
