E3: No Metal Gear Solid for N64 or Dreamcast

   Until E3, Konami remained silent on the topic of a Metal Gear Solid port to the Dreamcast, leading many to believe such a release was on its way. It isn't. Konami producer Ken Ogasawara officially stated that neither an N64 version nor a Dreamcast version of Metal Gear Solid would ever appear.

   "Let's squash those rumors right now," Ogasawara told reporters. "There is no Metal Gear Solid for Nintendo 64 and there is no Metal Gear Solid for the Dreamcast."
