Atlus picks up Tail Concerto

[05.12.99] » Bandai's adventure game finally gets a ticket to North America.

Followers of Bandai's anime-themed Tail Concerto know that the title has suffered from numerous setbacks. Its North American release, originally planned for late 1998, was delayed several times, and then unofficially cancelled. Finally, the game has been given another chance at survival, thanks to Atlus. The publisher recently announced it had acquired the rights to Tail Concerto, and is shooting for an August release date.

It is unknown whether Tail Concerto will appear at E3, but chances are good that it will. Look for the GIA's full coverage of E3 to begin later today.
