Pokémon Stadium 2 will reach U.S.

   Pokémon is quickly duplicating its phenomenal Japanese success in North America, and the vast of line-up Pokémon titles is rapidly migrating across the Pacific. Strangely abandoned in the initial rush, however, was the spin-off title that held perhaps the most promise: Pokémon Stadium.

   Now, that error is soon to be corrected. Nintendo confirmed that Pokémon Stadium's successor, Pokémon Stadium 2, is scheduled for a North American release later this year, as well as an appearance at E3. However, in a move sure to confuse many fans, the English release of Pokémon Stadium 2 will carry the title of "Pokémon Stadium", with no numeral attached. Don't be fooled, though -- it's still Pokémon Stadium 2.
