Too Human characters revealed

[04.20.99] » Silicon Knights, makers of the popular action/RPG Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain return with a futuristic 3D RPG.

Back in January, Silicon Knights, the oddly-named Canadian company behind the popular action RPG Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, released the first details on their next project. A series of questions and answers from the company spoke of a 3D RPG destined to turn heads. "Everyone in the industry who has seen it is VERY excited about its release," Silicon Knights stated. "You won't believe what we're doing with all the knowledge and experience that we gained from creating Kain." (The company, incidentally, is not involved with Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver in any way.)

Though little has been said since the initial announcement, the GIA has recently uncovered the first pieces of rendered artwork from the game, as seen below. Judging from the style of the two computer-generated characters, Too Human looks to be an RPG set in a futuristic environment, presumably with the gun-toting, camouflage-wearing, Bruce Willis-look-alike John Franks as the game's hero. Could the title "Too Human" perhaps refer to a dark, futuristic world whose denizens have had their humanity cruelly ripped away by the cold embrace of biogenetics and computerization? Ah, perhaps not.

Silicon Knights is expecting to reveal further information concerning Too Human shortly.
