Legend of Legaia gets official nod

[12.22.98] » Regular GIA readers are already enlightened, but Legend of Legaia has now been given a formal announcement by Sony.

   In addition to recent news virtually confirming Legend of Legaia's North American release, Sony Computer Entertainment America has now officially announced that Contrail's RPG title is on the way.

   "Legend of Legaia promises to wow RPG fans and platform enthusiasts alike with its unique combination of fighting and adventure elements," said Andrew House, SCEA's marketing vice-president. "This exceptional title is a great addition to our extensive library of RPG games and strengthens PlayStation's position as the leading platform for RPG enthusiasts."

   Corroborating our previous report, SCEA says Legend of Legaia will hit stores in March 1999.
