Magic Knight Rayearth finally arrives

[12.11.98] » It's the day many thought they wouldn't see in their lifetimes. Magic Knight Rayearth finally is coming to stores!

After years of setbacks, localization issues, complaints, and delays one right after the other, Working Designs announced today that the Sega Saturn's final American title, Magic Knight Rayearth, is unequivocally and irrevocably on its way to retail shelves.

Electronics Boutique and Babbages may obtain their first shipment of the title as soon as tomorrow, while other stores should have copies of Magic Knight Rayearth in by Monday, December 14th. Working Designs is not retailing the game through large, department-laden chains like Toys "R" Us, meaning you'll have to pick it up at a store that specializes in video games.

Additionally, the first 20 people who pre-ordered the game directly through Working Designs should receive the game by tomorrow through Federal Express Saturday shipping at no extra charge, as a bonus. All other pre-orderers will also have the game shipped directly through Federal Express Overnight delivery, and will likely arrive on Monday.
