Ehrgeiz's Final Fantasy VII characters revealed

   New pictures of the Final Fantasy VII characters found in Ehrgeiz were recently revealed. While Ehrgeiz is a fighting game, the GIA felt that the large number of playable RPG characters warranted a story.

   Cloud and Tifa were present in the arcade version; Sephiroth, Yuffie, and Vincent were added to the home version. Each has an alternative, second costume (per fighter tradition). Sephiroth has a shirtless outfit similar to his final form in Cloud's mind. Yuffie's alternative clothes are red -- and she's missing her traditional leg brace! The most changed character outfit, however, would have to be Vincent's. Vincent the undead goth boy becomes Vincent the preppy Turk. Final Fantasy VII's character, Tetsuya Nomura, returned to draw a new character design especially for this outfit.
