   It's no secret that the Dreamcast launch was rushed. Now, gamers are paying the price in the form of increasingly delayed games. Sting's Evolution, originally intended to arrive alongside the consoles, has been pushed back to January 21, 1999. This may seem unfortunate, but it's almost always better for a title to be delayed (and properly completed) than to be rushed to market in an incomplete form.
