Soul Hackers PSX details

[11.28.98] » Atlus announces new features found in the PSX version of Soul Hackers.

   Atlus promised that the PSX version of Soul Hackers, the latest game in the Devil Summoner series, wouldn't be a straight port of the Saturn title. Now they've made good on their promise and announced some of the latest features:

• The 3D graphic quality will be improved, thanks to the Playstation's more powerful 3D processor. Every character and Devil will receive several new frames of animation.
• New characters and enemies greatly increase the possible number of Devil combinations.
• Lots of new mini-games! Everyone knows an RPG can't have too many mini-games. Atlus gave the example of a Slot Machine mini-game. These games will let you win money and special items.
• Last, but certainly not least, the title will be PocketStation compatible. Conjecture has it that you can breed and raise your Devils in the handheld device.
