More on Ogre Battle for Neo Geo Pocket Color

   New information on the upcoming Ogre Battle game for SNK's Neo Geo Pocket Color reveals that the title is most likely a port of Quest's original Super NES Ogre Battle game. SNK, who is both developing and publishing the NGPC version, estimates that some sections of the game (a few battles, for example) may need to be cut in order to fit Ogre Battle onto a Neo Geo Pocket cartidge. However, the main flow of the story and game will remain intact.

   Ogre Battle NGPC is due out next March in Japan. A U.S. release has not been announced.
