Zelda title confirmed for Game Boy Advance

[12.10.99] » Miyamoto reveals that a new Zelda game is in the works for Nintendo's next portable system.

   In the latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine Dengeki-Oh, Zelda mastermind Shigeru Miyamoto revealed in an interview that yet another a new Zelda game is already in the planning stages and will be released on the Game Boy Advance. Unlike Zelda Gaiden and the Game Boy Color trilogy, this latest Zelda adventure includes Miyamoto himself on its development team.

   Miyamoto gave no indication as to when the new Zelda game would be ready. The Game Boy Advance itself is due out in Japan in August 2000, with a U.S. release to follow by the end of the year.
