Vandal Hearts II mod chip lockout bypass codes

Thanks to reader Brad Williams for the tip and "Mr. T" for creating the codes, the GIA has the Gameshark codes necessary to bypass the mod chip lockout scheme on the U.S. version of Vandal Hearts II.
