New Resident Evil game confirmed for PlayStation 2

   According to the producer profile handed out by Capcom at Capcom Gamers Day in Las Vegas, "A Bio Hazard sequel and some other PlayStation 2 projects" are on Resident Evil producer Shinji Mikami's list of things to do. While Capcom would not officially confirm the existence of a project, they mentioned informally that gamers should always expect sequels to successful series, and that a Resident Evil game was "likely" to appear on the PS2.
