Dragon Quest VII loses release date

   Enix announced today that the previously-announced December 29th Japanese release date for Dragon Quest VII is no longer valid and that the eagerly-awaited title now has a release estimate of simply "Winter." In other words, don't expect to see the game ship until 2000. Dragon Quest VII is still on a track for a North American release sometime during 2000 as well; the newly-formed Enix America will handle the translation.
