Seventh Cross retitled

   Recently, EB World quietly adjusted its listing of Tommo's Dreamcast strategy title Seventh Cross, changing the game's name from simply "Seventh Cross" to "Seventh Cross: Evolution." While Tommo has not officially announced such a change, a piece of box art featuring the "Seventh Cross: Evolution" title makes the switch seem a given.

   The new moniker is actually a more fitting title, as collecting and combining DNA to create new monsters is the focus of Seventh Cross. On the other hand, the "Evolution" suffix is sure to provoke confusions with Ubi Soft's Evolution, a traditional RPG due out a week after Seventh Cross: Evolution. (Expect Ubi Soft to change Evolution's name to "Evolution: Seventh Cross.")

   Developed by NEC Interchannel, Seventh Cross: Evolution is due out November 27th.
