"Vicks" receives FF Anthology name change

[10.04.99] » Biggs reclaims his original name in the Final Fantasy Anthology version of FF VI.

   A batch of Final Fantasy Anthology screenshots recently posted by IGNPSX reveals an interesting minor change to Final Fantasy VI: the hapless duo of Biggs and Wedge now both have their correct, Star Wars-inspired names. In the original Super NES translation, Biggs was known as "Vicks"; in the Anthology translation, he's been changed back to the proper "Biggs." (Wedge's name remains Wedge, as always).

   Fans familiar with the other English names will be relieved to know that no other name changes seem to be present. Tina is still Terra, Mash is Sabin, and so on.
