Making of Metal Gear Solid 2 DVD to be offered in Japan

[10.30.01] » Is it better to get the game two weeks later, or to get this upon preordering?

Though they won't get the game until two weeks after it hits North American shelves, Konami has started a Metal Gear Solid 2 reservation campaign in Japan that will net gamers a Making Of DVD for placing a preorder. The DVD will feature behind-the-scenes features with director Hideo Kojima, and will include interviews with the development team, as well as a look at the motion capture process used for the game. A limited number of the DVDs will be produced, so those interested (and living in Japan) should place their preorders sooner rather than later.

Metal Gear Solid 2 hits Japanese shelves on November 29th, with the U.S. version becoming available two weeks earlier, on the 13th. Konami has not revealed whether or not the Making of Metal Gear Solid 2 will be available outside of Japan, but given the short time until the game's release in the U.S., it seems unlikely that it will hit this continent.
