[10.04.01] » Developers scattered to the winds, left to fend for themselves.
The Tokyo Game Show has long been the most important gaming press event in Japan, where virtually every software developer shows off their latest games, but its future seems to be in jeopardy. The Spring 2002 show has already been canceled by the Computer Entertainment Software Association, the managing body which runs the convention, and shows beyond that are still up in the air due to declining attendance and CESA's financial troubles.
Ths Fall 2001 show this month will still go on as planned, from October 12 to 14. The GIA will be there to bring you full coverage.
