Evolution Worlds announced for GameCube
[09.28.01] » The third chapter of Sting's Dreamcast-born
RPG series will arrive on GameCube.
Ubi Soft announced today that Sting's Evolution
series of RPGs would be receiving a sequel on Nintendo's GameCube,
titled Evolution Worlds. As with the previous games, the sequel well
be developed by Sting and published in the US by Ubi Soft.
The Evolution series has mostly been notable in
the past for arriving early on systems badly in need of traditional
RPGs, such as the Dreamcast and Neo Geo Pocket Color, and it looks
like Sting is once again rushing in to fill the current void of announced
RPGs for a new system. There's no information as to what form the
game will take at this early point, but the inclusion of "worlds"
in the title may indicate a larger scope than the previous small-scale
dungeon crawls.
Look information to surface soon on Evolution Worlds.
