Devil May Cry, Resident Evil Code: Veronica X delayed

   Capcom is notorious for having some of the most difficult to pin down release dates in the industry. It's not uncommon for the company to have multiple, conflicting dates listed for an upcoming game; sometimes, as in the case of Mega Man Battle Network, within the very same page.

   So it's with great dismay / happiness we report that the upcoming PS2 releases, Devil May Cry and Resident Evil Code: Veronica X have been delayed / moved forward. Originally slated for Winter 2001, 4th Quarter 2001, September, October, or November, Devil May Cry will now be reaching American shores on October 17. In a somewhat less confusing move, Resident Evil Code: Veronica X has moved from a vague August date to a firm August 29.
