E3: Additional Lufia: The Legend Returns details

[05.18.01] » Lufia II's Ancient Cave is back.

Natsume has confirmed that the Ancient Cave bonus dungeon from Lufia II will return in the series' third game, Lufia: The Legend Returns. This time, the randomly-generated dungeon is even longer; it now spans 200 floors instead of a "mere" 99.

The company also offered an estimate of how long the Game Boy Color RPG will take players to complete. "30+ hours" of gameplay can be expected from the title; that figure likely does not include the Ancient Cave.

More detailed information on Lufia: The Legend Returns can be found in our previous E3 impressions of the game. New screenshots, character designs, and box art are also availalbe.
