   The GameCube release of Phantasy Star Online ver. 2 looks largely the same as the Dreamcast release, aside from the addition of a four-player split-screen mode. This new mode allows up to four users to adventure together on the same system; the Dreamcast version restricts gamers to one adventurer per console. Of course, online connectivity is still included.
